The United Nations refugee chief on Tuesday said that Myanmar was failing to secure the conditions that would guarantee the safe return of 690,000 Rohingya refugees that have flex the violent in the Rakhine state over the past six months, according to The India Times. The refugees are currently displaced in makeshift camps along the border with Bangladesh despite an agreement between Bangladesh and Myanmar that was supposed to allow the return of the Rohingya to the Rakhine state.
